Barnes and Noble Book Fair
Perryville Elementary hosted a Barnes and Noble Book Fair on November 10, 2012. We had sixteen different groups of students performing fractured fairy tale plays. The children did a wonderful job and we had a great turnout of parents and other family members for this event. The amount of money made from this fair will be announced in the next week. A special thanks to all parents and staff who helped with this event.

RIF Week
RIF along with Perryville Elementary School is sponsoring free book week for the students three times during the 2011-2012 school year. The first distribution will be the first two weeks in October. Ask your child about the treasure they selected.
Next RIF distribution will be the week of December 5, 2012.

Elementary Fall Book Fair was a Great success!!
The September Perryville Elementary book Fair sold over $9,000 in books. We received over $3,000 in free books and funded this years RIF program with the profits. Thanks to all parents and community volunteers who helped make this a success.
Along with the hardback books purchased with the profit, we also purchased soft back books. We can send these books off to a company and have them tranformed into hardbacks for half the cost.
