A+ Schools Program
The A+ Schools Program is administered by the Missouri Department of Elementary and Secondary Education. In an effort to enhance educational opportunities for high school students, the Missouri State legislature established the Outstanding Schools Act (OSA) of 1993 which included the provisions of the A+ School Program.
The primary goal of the A+ Schools Program is to ensure that all students who graduate from Missouri high schools are well prepared to pursue advanced education and employment.
Designated as an A+ School, Perry County School District #32 graduates who meet specific A+ criteria will be eligible for the A+ financial incentive according to annual state appropriations.
