Collage of 2021 PHS laude graduates

Perryville High School has announced the members of the PHS Class of 2021 who will graduate this Friday, May 21, with academic honors.

The announcements were made during the annual Senior Signing Day program on May 6.

Those students graduating with the highest honors, Summa cum Laude, are Jada Ayars, Madelyn Green, Madison Kontomook, Amari Moore and Trevor Schnurbusch. To achieve Summa Cum Laude, students must have a total GPA of 3.9 or above, have 95% attendance, and one of the following minimum composite test scores: 27 on the ACT, 1290 on the SAT, 70 on the ASVAB, or Platinum Status on the ACT WorkKeys.

Students graduating with high honors, Magna cum Laude, are Chloe Anschultz, Samuel Bachmann, Addie Brewer, Leah Buerck, Claire Fritsche, Lauren Moore, Destiny Oehlert, William Pfaff, Gabrielle Stark and Sierra Welch. To achieve Magna Cum Laude, students must have a total GPA of 3.75 or above, have 95% attendance, and one of the following minimum composite test scores: 23 on the ACT, 1140 on the SAT, 60 on the ASVAB, or Gold Status on the ACT WorkKeys.

The Cum Laude graduates, those earning honors, are Vanessa Booth-Guitierrez, Hallie Bourbon, Sidney Buerck, Haley Fulmer, Gage Gembala, Annie Hayden, Dylan Holt, Kristen Kaempfe, Anna Korando, David Mejia-Box, Brittany Steffens and Bryce Stewart. To achieve Cum Laude, students must have a total GPA of 3.6 or above, have 95% attendance, and one of the following minimum composite test scores: 21 on the ACT, 1070 on the SAT, 50 on the ASVAB, or Gold Status on the ACT WorkKeys.

Graduation will be held for the PHS Class of 2021 this Friday for the students and their families.
