Perry County School District 32 has a limited number of T-Mobile hotspots available to check-out for students who do not have the internet at home.

The Homework Hotspots are for student use in downloading and uploading assignments and participating in virtual learning, and restricted to only District-owned Chromebooks.

Household selection will be based on Free and Reduced Lunch enrollment, and the availability of T-Mobile service in that area.

If your child does not have access to reliable Internet service for homework purposes and is enrolled in the Free & Reduced Lunch Program, please complete the form at  https://forms.gle/TmX9hgopFd15dEsc6.

**Please note that filling out this form it will not guarantee you'll receive a hotspot as quantities are limited.

This is offered through T-Mobile’s Project 10Million offers free hotspots and 100GBs/year and access to at-cost laptops and tablets, to eligible students participating in the National School Lunch Program (NSLP) - one per household. Parents will need to provide proof of NSLP approval for free or reduced-price meals upon enrollment. This approval can be in the form of a notification letter based upon request or a direct certification of eligibility letter.
