💵 Base Rate: $100 per day
💵 Incentive Rate: Earn an extra $10/day ($110/day total) when you substitute 10 or more days in a single pay period!
💵 Retiree Rate: Teachers that have retired from District 32 can earn $115 per day!
📋 Requirements & Certification: Applicants must be certified as a substitute teacher by the Missouri Department of Elementary & Secondary Education (DESE).

Today was fall harvest for the Perryville Area Career & Technology Center and the Perryville FFA Chapter! 🌽🌱🐄🐖🐓🐐🐎🐑
This annual event gives Perryville Elementary School students the chance to get hands-on with agriculture. PES students took a hayride to the PACTC Ag area where Ag students led a variety of educational encounters with farm animals, machinery, and plants.

This week was the Perryville Area Career & Technology Center's Pathways and possibilities week.
Tuesday and Thursday, 8th graders from Perry County Middle School as well as Immanuel Lutheran, Altenburg, Ste. Genevieve, St. Vincent, Valle Catholic, and Meadow Heights had the opportunity to learn more about each of the Career Center's programs through hands-on activities led by PACTC students and instructors.
Wednesday and Friday, PACTC students had the opportunity to meet with representatives from colleges, trade schools, employers, and the military to learn more about different pathways they can pursue after they graduate.

He shows up and is always very courteous and professional. He goes above and beyond and wants to make sure the job is done correctly. He has been a true asset to the district."
Liz Meyr is the head coach of Lady Pirates Volleyball and is also an involved with the Perryville High School Alumni Association and Parent Anchor Initiative . Her nominator said, "She bleeds green and white. She not only dedicates her life to volleyball but went above and beyond to help get Prop KIDS passed. She also plays a big role in the parent group and is a volunteer on the alumni board. I can’t think of anyone more deserving than her. She does this all while having 3 girls involved in sports."

Our September #TeacherProud Tuesday recognitions are Dalton Manche and Susan Montgomery! 💚🤍🏴☠️
Mr. Manche is the music teacher at Perryville Elementary, and he is also a bus driver for the District. His nominator said: "Mr. Manche has been a wonderful music and choir teacher to my kids. He goes above and beyond to make them feel seen and heard everyday. I believe he is the reason my kids have a love for music. Anyone would be lucky to have him teach their kids."
Ms. Montgomery is the family and consumer sciences (FACS) teacher at Perry County Middle School. Her nominator said: "Ms. Montgomery has taught her students skills needed for their daily lives: sewing, cooking, budget planning, child care, design. But she has also taught them character skills of time management, working with others, self-confidence, persistence. Students and staff know they can rely on Ms. Montgomery to be available if help is needed. ”

❌ No Trespassing: The demolition zone is an active, restricted site. Trespassing inside the fenced areas—even after hours or on weekends—is strictly prohibited and highly dangerous.
