We are incredibly grateful to the employees of the Association of the Miraculous Medal for their generous $5,200 donation to the District 32 Angel Fund! 🙌
This amazing gift will directly support students across our district by helping provide meals for children who might otherwise go hungry. Because of caring community partners like you, we’re able to ensure that every Pirate has what they need to learn, grow, and thrive.
District 32 Director of Food Services Debbie Baer is pictured alongside AMM staff member Cheryl Winschel. The Angel Fund was thankful to be one of five local causes AMM employees chose to support with their donations this year.

Our November #TeacherProud Tuesday recognitions are Alexis Doza and Rachel Likert! 🟢⚪🏴☠️
Alexis Doza is a 2nd grade teacher at Perryville Primary Center. Her nominator said: "Ms. Doza has shown immense kindness and thinks outside the box to help students. She has gone above and beyond to help my son in areas where he is struggling, thinking outside the box to help motivate him."
Rachel Likert is a 6th grade social studies teacher at Perry County Middle School. Her nominator said: "Ms. Likert goes above and beyond in her role, consistently bringing history to life and seeking new ways to engage her students. She builds strong, meaningful connections with her students both in the classroom and through her work with the color guard, where her passion and dedication shine just as brightly. Her commitment to our students and school community is truly inspiring"

The Perryville High School Silver Dagger Players invite everyone to their performance of "A Midsummer Night's Dream" next Thursday, Friday, and Saturday, Nov. 6-8 at the Perry Park Center. 🎭💚🤍
All performances begin at 7 p.m. and tickets will be sold at the door for $7, general seating.
According to the Silver Dagger Players, this is not the dramatic Shakespeare people may be accustomed to. It is his funniest comedy with lots of misunderstandings, love potions, and spells being cast in both a fairy world and a human world.
This show will be most appropriate for anyone fifth grade and up, but there is enough action happening, that it should hold the attention of younger audience members too. Language warning — there is a reference to the other word for donkey several times during the play.
