The Perryville Chamber of Commerce welcomed special guests Missouri State Senator Jamie Burger, State Representative John Voss, and State Representative Bryant Wolfin alongside other local officials for a luncheon on the Perry County District 32 campus Monday.

Superintendent Dr. Fara Jones gave a presentation on the ongoing tornado recovery efforts in District 32 as well as giving a tour of the damaged Perryville High School facility and the temporary classrooms now housing PHS classes.

"We are so thankful to these elected officials for taking the time to come visit our campus," said Dr. Jones. "The visit was an important opportunity to share our story, highlight the urgency of the situation, and ask for their continued support and advocacy.
