Midwest Throwdown Professional Wrestling, a wrestling company owned by Josh Medlin of Perryville, presented an $1,883 donation to Perry County School District 32 following the May 24 #PirateStrong fundraiser held at Perry Park Center. Medlin hosted the event to help District 32 recover from the March 14 tornado.   Profits from wrestling match will help PHS teachers who have lost supplies and equipment due to the storm. The Board of Education tonight recognized Cooper Leible for earning a gold medal at the State SkillsUSA Contest. Cooper finished took first place in Information Technology.
